The opinions expressed in Trasatl\u00e1ntica<\/em> are solely those of the individual authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Board of Directors, Editorial Board, or any other members of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By submitting and accepting the publication of their articles or creative works in Trasatl\u00e1ntica<\/em>, authors affirm that their submissions are original works and that they hold the necessary rights for publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copyright and Author Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, authors retain full copyright of their work. Trasatl\u00e1ntica<\/em> publishes all content under a non-exclusive license<\/strong>, allowing the journal to publish, archive, and promote the work while authors maintain ownership and reuse rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifically, authors retain the non-exclusive right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Use, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, display, and create derivative works of their contributions in print, digital, or future media formats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reuse their work for teaching, lectures, conference presentations, scholarly publications, and other academic or professional activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Make the final published version of their work available online, including on personal or institutional websites, digital repositories, or other non-commercial platforms, provided that original publication in Trasatl\u00e1ntica<\/em> is acknowledged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Authorize their employer or affiliated institution to use the work for educational, scholarly, and archival purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of any conflict between this policy and a separate written publication agreement, the terms of the written agreement shall prevail. Any modification to publication terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both the author and an authorized representative of Trasatl\u00e1ntica<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Trasatl\u00e1ntica<\/em> is a peer-reviewed cultural platform dedicated to the study, creation, and promotion of poetry and the arts produced and engaged with in Spanish, Portuguese, and English across the Atlantic world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    En particular, los autores conservan el derecho no exclusivo a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Usar, reproducir, distribuir, comunicar p\u00fablicamente, exhibir y crear obras derivadas de sus contribuciones, en formato impreso, digital o en cualquier otro medio que se desarrolle en el futuro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reutilizar sus obras con fines docentes, acad\u00e9micos o profesionales, incluyendo clases, conferencias, ponencias, publicaciones acad\u00e9micas u otras actividades afines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
