Bienvenidos/Welcome/Ben Vindos
Welcome to Trasatlántica: Creation and Scholarship—a space reborn out of the essential need to forge a dynamic triangulation across three cultural pillars of the Hispanic world: the United States, Latin America, and Spain. In this digital age, as Spanish thrives as the second most spoken language globally, our mission is to celebrate and elevate its vast literary and cultural heritage.
We want to pay homage to poetry and scholarship by bringing you the voices of poets from diverse regions of the Hispanic and Latinx world. Through their words, we invite you to experience the intricate textures of our contemporary poetry and scholarship: each poem, text, and image we present to you is an invitation to traverse borders, both literal and figurative.
Join us as we explore, discover, and amplify the timeless and evolving landscapes of Hispanic and Latinx literature, both in its original and translated versions. Join us, be part of this collective dream.
